My wife and I purchased a 2011 T&C Minivan in July 2011. We were currently on orders to move to Germany due to military obligations. We were told that we would have the ability to have our vehicle serviced by a Chrysler dearlership in Germany. I agree. There is definitely a defect with these rotors. I had front pads and rotors done one year ago, with not too much mileage on them and they need to be done again. Along with back ones. I drive less than 10,000 miles a yr. the explanation I received was.....it could be because of the way I drive and my favorite one....... I bought the Commander used last year. Over the course of a year, 4 seat belts frayed to the point of almost breaking and 2 door handles have broken. Rain got in a window & this stopped the power windows from working for 3 days. To whom it may concern, my name is Rick Zenobi. I am very diplease with your company for dicontinue the 200 convertible. I wanted to purchase the 2015 model. But up are not longer offering that model. So I decided to get another brand of vehicle that offers a convertible. I am very disappointed with your decision. Very bad conclusion. Purchased A 2007 Ram 1500 with a max-care warranty. Had a problem with rear end and was told warranty no good because inspection not done. Never told about inspection. Nothing I have in paperwork states it. Was told I was sent letters to remind but when I ask for copies I was told NO ! I have owned my 2008 Jeep Liberty since buying it new in Dec. 2007. Got recall notice that says Chrysler will install an OEM trailer hitch free of charge. I call dealer. They say people "misunderstood" the notice, that they are not getting a trailer hitch they can actually use as one. They are only going to install a support, not a functional hitch.
