Transmission went out of my 2012 dodge ram 2500 with 25000 miles and has been shop at Kerrville for 2 months waiting on a part. What can be done aboutthis fiasco????? I get some help with this matterhave been a loyal customer since my 1st diesel in 1992 then 1996 then 2004 then 2005 and now this 2012 that I cant even drive. I have had to replace the rear spoiler twice in one year. I have been on line and talk to people who have the same problem .yet chrysler has no problem with them. I can't just leave it off. Can't use the power opener so why are you not helping the owners out by fixing our problem. $350.00 for parts and then you add labor is not small change. I just received my third recall on 11-9-14 and still waiting for my first recall to parts to come in to the dealership in Hemet, Ca. This is dumb because Chrysler knows and not sending the parts to the dealership so they can be a head of the game, but now they need to inspect our car first before ordering the parts like the dealership don't know about all the recalls on there vehicles. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service due to a transmission problem and I was told that it wasn't covered under the lifetime powertrain warranty because I hadn't had the 5 year maintenance check done on it. Naperville CDJR service manager described my 2006 Durango with less than 57k miles as immaculate and opined that only rust on vehicle was in the area under the fuel fill. Yet, he told Chrysler Customer Service that he didn't think the rust was related to the fuel overflow issue that was resolved by replacing the fuel tank and inlet. HUH?
