A 2013 Jeep was purchased at the end of 2014. The vehicle had less than 19,000 miles. Both Carfax and their competitor indicated that there was the remainder available of the original warranty available. Chrysler was contacted regarding transferring the warranty to the new owner. Having similar issues on my new Chrysler 200 here in California. Doesn't stick in high gear just has a hard time shifting to high gear on the highway. Surges sometimes. Had it die at 35mph and found out when it gets to 5mph the computer takes over the gear shifter and slams you into park right where you are. These cars need to be all lemon law purchased by Chrysler so we can go back to good cars... Read more

2015 Chrysler 200. Tranny slipping & sticking in higher gear. Very dangerous, very scary. Car less than 500 miles already in service for a day. I went to Boniface-Hiers to get a recall and service done the service dept. said I needed a brake fluid and power steering flush so I had it done it was quite costly. I have owned 2 Chrysler Caravans and 4 Town and Countries and I never had such such service ever done on any of them and could not find it in the book that came with the car. I'm at 2300 miles and already have had a new steering rack installed (@300 miles) and now has been in the service shop (twice, once in november for a day) and now since December 19th with tranny shifting issues and electrical glitches all over the place. I am very very disappointed in the maintenance service at Boston Road Eastchester.
