Very poor service.l gave the dealership my insurance info and they never call the insurance co. I drove the car 60 miles to my home . The next day i called my insurance co.and they had no idea i bought 2015 jeep .I called dealership with no response!!!! Add comment

Took my 2006 jeep commender to Star Chrysler , Queens Newyork on 07-07-15 for Engine light , gear gets in 3rd gear plus dashboard lights off and on . Pick it up on 07-10. Fri sat night went back to same had to wait to bring it back , they said no room , ok took it back on 07-15. I'm leasing Grand Cherokee eco diesel 2014. Price a year ago was $44K now the same car after one year has value between $28 - $31K. I bought the cat new and at the 1st service complained of driveline noise. 9 times later car still not fixed and now they flat out refused to fix it. I worked at the dealership and when I mentioned the Lemon Law was strong armed into letting them fix it a few more times... hence saving them the Buy back. These people are running a scam! I received a quote online from edmunds.com. This dealership claimed to have the car I wanted at a great price. My family and I drove an hour to get to this dealer. Test drove 2014 ram 1500 hemi for about an hour . The truck left a very weird taste in my mouth . I told the sales people about it they said it was was from all the new exhaust and engine . Not sure why it would be getting into the cab leaving like a plastic or metal taste in my mouth . I really like the truck but I am very concerned about buying the truck . Add comment

Horrible, unprofessional , rude all the way down to the manager!!! The manager had the nerves to call me Because I was unhappy about How many banks they Ran my Name Through. I am on yes my 3rd new set of rear calibers in a 4 year old van. Chrysler says it is normal wear and tear. I have owned several cars and never replaced rear calibers .
