At first truck computer said : Hwy. 23.8 MPG on round trip of 212 miles / Mixed : 19.9 MPG .. I AM THINKING THIS IS GREAT !! FIRST RED FLAG At 289 miles after trip & driving around close to house .. FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS I HAVE RECEIVED RANDOM CALLS FROM A CALL CENTER IN TENNESSEE. EVERYTIME I TELL THEM I HAVE NOT OWNED THE CAR IN 5 YEARS AND TO TAKE ME OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM. I took my jeep to get it checked out because of the tapping noise it had. The dealership kept it for 3 days because they were going to do a diagnostic test, which they didn't. This is the fourth time this problem has occurred---I have in excess of a grand in repair costs. Have a brand new 2015 jeep rubicon. It was factory ordered and less than 6 months old and has been in and out of the shop for 3 major water leaks. The service department cannot fix the issues and continues to act nonchalant about my frustration. I've contacted corporate numerous times and have little concern about the situation. I've taken my van serval time to the dealer about the doors. Since warranty is up its still a problem. I'm at the point to get it fixed but they want to charge me the cost if they break a part on it. I bought my 2011 Chrysler 300 brand new and have all the normal maintenance done. My Chrysler Pacifica contract ended after 7 years without using any part of the contract. There is a refund attached to this contract but they never but a date on the contract paperwork. I found the contract two weeks ago in my auto glove box and mailed it in with all the proper paperwork. In return I got a letter from a supervisor S. Welch that I am not entitled to a return.
