Chrysler Corporation complaint by Lauraw0521
I have a 2004 Dodge Intrepid I purchase with appr 26000.00 miles for around 20,000.00 The car currently had 68000.00 miles and has been in the shop since 1/2. I was recently told the engine a 2.7V6 is covered in sludge and needs replaced at a cost of around 8000.00. Chrysler denied my warranty stating I failed to maintain the vehicle even though I have receipts for every oil change done-all at 3000 miles. When trying to contact Chrysler I'm simply told the decision stands.I did some research on the engine and have found the engine is faulty and Chrysler knows the issue and the company is refusing all warranties. I refuse to be a victim and have found many consumers who are willing to join a class action lawsuit. If your interested let me know and I'll forward the information to my legal representation.Lets fight back! email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

8) Hello All, I have an 05 Magnum.

Chrysler SOLD me an extended warranty good till Oct 09. I always get the car serviced at the dealer.

Everytime there is an issue Chrysler Warranty denies my claim and I have to pay out of pocket. That is until I got them into small claims court.

The law firm they have in Michigan that represents them talk tough on the phone until they realized I knew the law as well or better than they did. They outright lied to me about what my rights were and I had NO chance of winning against them.

They really looked like jack*** when they got into court and tried to dispute a WRITTEN warranty I'm holding in my hand. Especially when it's the little guy standing there against a dream team of three piece suits. The courts frown on their types screwing the little guy. I not only won the cost of the repair but the towing AND lost wages as I use my car for work.

Don't take no for an answer. Stand up for yourself! Fight Back! They are counting on you won't!

I too, was just denied a warranty claim due to sludge found in a Dodge 4.7L engine. I also have the records to prove maintenance, but they refuse to accept the claim.
